shipping & returns 

I post items on a Monday and a Friday using Royal Mail first class at a flat rate of £4.

Everything you order is handmade so please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order. Please contact scatterjewellery@gmail.com for international delivery information or for discounts on bulk orders.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply send it back and we will refund the cost of the item minus the shipping costs, or replace it with a similar item of your choice of the same value.

Returns must be in the same condition that they were sent in.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

The resin I work with is fairly robust but like any material may break if dropped or put under pressure, so accidental damage cannot be refunded, however any faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, please contact scatterjewellery@gmail.com
